Visit Confirmation

We ask that you confirm your scheduled planetarium visit within 1 week of the appointment, preferably by sending e-mail to John Mattox (JMattox@uncfsu.edu).

Unloading/Parking

You should unload students from W.T.Brown Drive at the south end of the Lyons Science Building. For a definative specification of where to park your bus - call our campus police at 672-1775. My recommendation is that if there is room, you can park at the south end of the lot on Mary T. Eldridge Drive. To get there, go east from Lyons Science on W.T.Brown Drive. Cross the railroad tracks, and at the stop sign, turn right on to Eldridge. Go about 100 yards to the end of the lot and park on the right.

If you are unfamiliar with the FSU campus, we suggest that in addition to a copy of this form, you bring a printed copy of the Campus Map linked from the Planetarium Web Page.

If you are unable to come at your scheduled time or are delayed:

please inform John Mattox as soon as possible by e-mail or phone (910-672-1785).

Please complete and return this form

You may e-mail it to Professor Mattox (JMattox@uncfsu.edu), or print it, fill in the requested information, and fax it to him at (910) 672-1159, or mail a copy to the following address.
